El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación muy especial, junto a un hermoso manglar que le da un toque natural y tranquilo al ambiente. Desde las terrazas y áreas comunes se puede disfrutar de la vista al manglar, con su vegetación exuberante y el sonido relajante de las aves. Aunque no está directamente frente a la playa, el acceso al mar es fácil y rápido, lo que permite disfrutar tanto del entorno natural como de los días de sol y arena. Las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien cuidadas; el personal es atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Es un lugar ideal para descansar, relajarse y reconectarse con la naturaleza. I didn't stay here. Looks very nice. It is in Pia de la Cuesta and on the side of the Laguna. Very nice staff.
Es un lugar hermoso, que tiene como principal atractivo la laguna de Coyuca, además de que el servicio es muy bueno y la comida es deliciosa, por ello cada mes trato de ir y lo recomiendo a todos mis amigos y familiares
El servicio de limpieza a la habitación y a las aeras comunes como terrazas cerca de los cuartos fue deficiente, nos tocó un vaso sucio, y las tazas sucias no las recogieron
Está súper bonito (aunque tiene zonas que podrían mejorar y arreglar como los baños) la atención y el servicio excelente eso sí, la comida y bebidas ricas. Solo deberían poner un letrero nuevo en la entrada para dar más fácil con el lugar
